Report a Problem

By filling out the questionnaire, you can report abuse, illegal actions or inaction, corruption, violations of equal opportunities, and deficiencies. The information you provide will be recorded and analyzed if it falls within the competence of the Municipality. The report must be submitted in Lithuanian. The report is registered by the Customer Service Department of the Municipality Administration. Providing information to the institution is free of charge. The person providing the information may specify or not specify their name, surname, or contact details. If you provide your contact information and email address or mail address for response, you will be informed about the progress of your report investigation and the decision made. The Director of the Šiauliai City Municipality Administration, their authorized person, or another entity established by law has the right to decide not to examine information submitted anonymously to the institution.
